How to Downgrade Firmware 3.61 to 3.60 PS3

INTRUCTIONS:
1. Get the .rar file Downgrade 3.61 - 3.60 by TheKeygenManiac.rar
2. Extract it
3. Unpack and Copy the application inside the .rar file to Pendrive
4. Swap to PS3
5. Restart PS3
6. Wait for a few minutes
